In Tilbury, Ontario, there is a four-story condominium featuring 18 units. Strategically designed on a modest site, the project optimizes space requirements through a single-sided corridor and an open ground level. The collaborative development with a developer/contractor aimed to efficiently utilize the compact urban site. This initiative has received approval for both Site Plan and Building Permit.
