Located in Windsor, Ontario, is a six-story condominium featuring 74 units. The urban site presented a myriad of design opportunities. To enhance site access, the building was elevated, establishing an open ground level. Developed in accordance with the client's site-specific program, the project is utilizing Construction Management as its delivery method. Notably, it has received approval for both Site Plan Application and Building Permit, marking a significant milestone in its progress.

 

 Construction is estimated to start spring 2023.
