Borgman Residence

Borgman Residence is a contemporary two-storey home on a small lot in Huntington Woods. The 2,700-square-foot design accommodates four bedrooms alongside spaces for recreation and wellness.

Warm wood finishes and brick veneer give the exterior a balanced material palette. Covered porches and a garden terrace connect the home to its outdoor spaces, while the interior program includes a golf simulator, cold plunge and sauna room.

Joint venture with Daniel Toth Architect (DTA).
