Located in Windsor's historic Walkerville neighbourhood, this three-storey townhome development comprises 24 units on the former site of St. George's Anglican Church. The character of the surrounding heritage context informed the design approach, with the building massed to reinforce the existing street wall while introducing grade-level units and walk-up access to animate the public realm.

The project was developed in close collaboration with the client through a site-specific program process. Site Plan Approval and Building Permit have both been secured, with construction anticipated to commence Spring 2026.
