Goyeau development
Project overview
A six-storey, 74-unit condominium responds to a site-specific client program. Elevating the building creates an open ground level and improves access across the site. The project received Site Plan and Building Permit approval.
Adam Meloche was responsible for the design and construction documents of the Goyeau development.
