Newbury Tower is a conceptual mixed-use design in Boston, USA, combining residential, commercial and retail space.

The concept explores how building form can respond to street scale, daylight and the public realm. The massing studies trace a progression from the site envelope to stepped volumes, light voids and a setback that creates space for a plaza.
