Project overview
This four-storey condominium uses a single-sided corridor and open ground level to make effective use of a modest site. Collaboration with a developer and contractor informed the design. The project received Site Plan and Building Permit approval.
Adam Meloche was responsible for the design and construction documents of the Louis St development.
